  • Pay special attention to your Payment Due Date on your contract. Full payment is due on that date, so mark your calendars!
  • Groups that are not paid by the due date are subject to losing their seats to other groups on a waiting list that have payment ready.

Changing Seating Number Policies:

  • Changing your number of seats is allowed until the payment due date on your contract. Adding seats is subject to availability.
  • Payment is due on the date specified on your contract, and no refunds will be issued for empty seats on the day of the show.
  • Contracts must be honored for all seats on your reservation if you are late in payment. No reduction is allowed after the payment due date!

 After Payment Is Made:

  •  After payment is made, any late members of your group will need to secure their ticket to the show by calling the Box Office at 425-820-1800. You should understand that after payment has been made, any/all additional tickets will be at the general public price of $11.00 each ($10.00 + $1.00 service fee), and their seats will be general admission outside of the school group area. The likelihood of these individuals being seated with the original group is very slim.
  • Exceptions may be made (but not guaranteed) for last-minute new students and their guardians. These arrangements and payment must be made by the teacher or main contact person after approval from StoryBook Theater management.

Things you need to know BEFORE the performance:

  • Please arrive between 15-25 minutes prior to the start time on your contract.

  • We must know about any wheelchair/special needs at the time of payment. Seating plans are dependent upon this knowledge.
