Ticketing FAQ

The StoryBook Box Office cannot process any ticket orders, exchanges or flex pass orders after 3 pm on Fridays.

After 3 pm on the Friday before a Kirkland Performance Center show, you may purchase tickets at www.kpcenter.org or call the KPC Box Office at 425-893-9900.

For Everett, Seattle & Renton performances, you may purchase tickets 30 minutes before the show of your choice at the performance location.

Seating & Ticket Prices:

All shows are general admission and seating is selected on a first come, first served basis, beginning 30 minutes prior to showtime. StoryBook Theater tickets are $10 + $1 service fee for all ages. Visit Tickets to purchase tickets online.

Group Rates:

Groups of 10 or more can receive $1 off each ticket. Group rates are only available by calling our box office; group rates are not available online.

Age Requirements:

StoryBook Theater shows are recommended for ages 3 and above. If you are seeing a StoryBook show in Kirkland, the city of Kirkland requires a ticket to be purchased for any child 12 months or older.

If you are seeing a StoryBook show in Renton, Seattle, Everett or Edmonds, a ticket only needs to be purchased for children 24 months or older.

Refund & Exchange Policy:

All ticket and subscription sales are final; no refunds. For single ticket buyers and Flex Pass holders: all exchanges are $5 total (not per ticket) and can only be exchanged for performances in the same season. The KPC cannot process any ticket exchanges on the day of a performance. These must be done through StoryBook Theater’s Box Office prior to 3 pm on Fridays.

Flex Pass Redemptions:

A flex pass is only valid for tickets in the StoryBook season it was purchased for; unused flex passes cannot be carried over to the following season. A flex pass must be redeemed for tickets in advance (via phone or e-mail), prior to 3 pm on the Friday before the weekend you wish to see the show. The StoryBook Box Office cannot process any flex pass orders after 3 pm on Fridays. Flex passes cannot be redeemed on the day of the show at the venue; the KPC cannot process flex pass redemptions either.

ADA Access

All of our StoryBook Theater venues are ADA accessible. The ADA entrance at Langston Hughes is at the back of the theater where the elevator is located. Please let us know at the time of purchase if you will need wheelchair seating.
